Welcome to the Baskin-Robbins (ABN: 47 003 993 708) competition in partnership with The Daily Aus (ABN: 19 636 427 408). By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
The competition organiser/promoter of this competition is The Daily Aus (TDA), Surry Hills, Sydney.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
Entry requirements:
To enter, participants must follow @baskinrobbinsaustralia and @thedailyaus on Instagram and tag their friends who would enjoy a mind-blowingly scrumptious ice cream. Each comment constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each tag must be in a separate comment.
Competition period:
The competition commences on 20 April 2023 at 7:00 am AEST and closes on 21 April 2023 at 5:00 pm AEST. Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
Prize:
The prize consists of 10x $31 Vouchers for Free Delivery* (pending radius otherwise credit will be given). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winner selection and notification:
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winners will be notified via DM from the verified @thedailyaus Instagram account only. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize delivery:
TDA will provide the email addresses of the winners to Baskin-Robbins, who will arrange for the vouchers to be sent within 3 business days. Baskin-Robbins is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to email delivery failure, which may delay or prevent the vouchers from being received by the winners.
Redemption:
The voucher must be redeemed via the BR App. Codes are valid for 6-months from point of being entered into the BR App. Codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Delivery available at participating stores – delivery radiuses apply.
General:
Participants agree that Baskin-Robbins, The Daily Aus, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever arising from participation in this competition or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize. Baskin Robbins reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
