These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TDA 500k giveaway (“Giveaway”). This giveaway is run by The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd (“TDA”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TDA, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, as well as any persons connected with the production or distribution of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway period:

The Giveaway period commences on 17 October 2023 10am AEDT and ends on 20 October 2023 5.00pm AEDT (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during this period to be considered.

How to enter:

To enter the Giveaway, you must:

• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post on Instagram

There is no limit on number of entries per person.

Prize:

• 2x copies of ‘No Silly Questions’ from The Daily Aus 

50 winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be notified via Instagram within 5 working days from the end of the Giveaway Period.

The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification within 5 working days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

Privacy:

The Organisers and TDA will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information on how your personal information will be used and protected, please refer to the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and TDA’s Privacy Policy.

General conditions:

TDA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

TDA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless TDA, sponsors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
