Welcome to the Go To Skincare (ABN: 58 641 595 879) competition in partnership with The Daily Aus (ABN: 19 636 427 408). By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

The competition organiser/promoter of this competition is The Daily Aus (TDA), Surry Hills, Sydney.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Entry requirements:

To enter, participants must follow @gotoskincare and @thedailyaus on Instagram and tag their friends in separate comments. Each comment constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each tag must be in a separate comment.

Competition period:

The competition commences on 23 March 2023 at 6:00 am AEST and closes on 31 March 2023 at 11:59 pm AEST. Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

Prize:

The prize consists of 100 The Removalist Face Masks for the winner. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Winner selection and notification:

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winners will be notified via DM from the verified @thedailyaus Instagram account only. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize delivery:

TDA will provide the names, email addresses, and postal addresses of the winners to Go To Skincare, who will arrange for the face masks to be sent within 3 business days. Go To Skincare are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to email delivery failure, which may delay or prevent The Removalist Face Masks from being received by the winner.

General:

Participants agree that Go To Skincare, The Daily Aus, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever arising from participation in this competition or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize. Go To Skincare reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
