These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in TDA’s Good Newsletter and LVLY giveaway (“Giveaway”). This Giveaway is a collaboration between LVLY (“Organisers”) and The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd (“TDA”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
   1.1.    This giveaway competition is open to Australian residents only excluding TAS and NT (due to biosecurity laws).
   1.2.     Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TDA, the Organisers, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, as well as any individuals involved in the production or distribution of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
   2.1.     The Giveaway begins on Friday 27 September 2024 and ends Saturday 28 September 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
   3.1.     To participate in the Giveaway, you must:
   3.2.     Provide a valid email address.
   3.3.     Subscribe to TDA’s Good Newsletter.
   3.4.     Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize
   4.1.     The prize consists of one (1) x large posy bunch valued at $90 each plus delivery for $22.95. Not redeemable for cash or transferable outside of the recipient awarded.
5. Claiming the Prize
   5.1.     Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
   5.2.     The winner will be notified via the provided email address within five (5) working days of the Giveaway Period’s conclusion.
   5.3.     The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification within five (5) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
   5.4.     The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
6. Consents
   6.1.     By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that the email newsletter list is managed by TDA, and the Organisers are not responsible for the content or management of the email newsletter.
   6.2.     Your email address will be shared with TDA solely for the purpose of subscribing you to the email newsletter and delivering relevant information.
7. Privacy
   7.1.     By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including your name and email address, by the Organisers for administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner.
   7.2.     The Organisers and TDA will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. For more details on how your personal information will be used and protected, please refer to TDA’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
   8.1.     The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
   8.2.     The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
   8.3.    By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, sponsors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.
   8.4.     These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
   8.5.    These Terms are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
