Terms & Conditions - The Daily Aus (TDA) Newsletter Pitch Festival Giveaway
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TDA Newsletter Pitch festival package giveaway (“Giveaway”) associated with the purchase of tickets to one of the Pitch music festivals (“Festival”). This giveaway is run in partnership between the Untitled Group (“Organisers”) and The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd (“TDA”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TDA, Organisers, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, as well as any persons connected with the production or distribution of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway period commences on Thursday 9th November 2023 and ends on Friday 8th December 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during this period to be considered.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, you must:
- Purchase tickets to a Festival during the Giveaway Period.
- Provide a valid email address.
- Accept subscription to TDA’s Newsletter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- 2 x General Admission tickets
- 2 x Camping tickets
- A copy of ‘No Silly Questions’ from The Daily Aus
1 winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 5 working days from the end of the Giveaway Period.
The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification within 5 working days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
Email Newsletter List:
By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that the email newsletter list is managed by a third party (in this case, TDA), and the Organisers are not responsible for the content or management of the email newsletter.
Your email address will be shared with the third-party service provider solely for the purpose of subscribing you to the email newsletter and delivering relevant information to you.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that your personal information provided during the ticket purchase process, including your name and email address, may be collected, stored, and used by the Organisers for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, and providing you with future marketing materials related to the Festival.
The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, sponsors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
