Welcome to The Daily Aus (ABN: 19 636 427 408) $500 voucher giveaway. By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

The competition organiser/promoter of this competition is The Daily Aus (TDA), Surry Hills, Sydney.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Eligibility:

This competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of The Daily Aus, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry requirements:
To enter, participants must post a screenshot of their Spotify Wrapped on their Instagram story and tag @thedailyaus.

Competition period:

The competition commences on 30 November 2023 at 9:00 am AEST and closes on 1 December 2023 at 5:00 pm AEST. Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

Prize:

The prize consists of 1x $500 eGift Card. The eGift Cards can be used for a range of major retailers. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Winner selection and notification:

The winner will be selected at random at the end of the competition period. The winners will be notified via DM from the verified @thedailyaus Instagram account only. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize delivery:

TDA will arrange the eGift Cards to be sent within 5 business days. The Daily Aus is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to delivery failure, which may delay or prevent the eGift Card from being received by the winner.

General:

Participants agree that The Daily Aus, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever arising from participation in this competition or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize. The Daily Aus reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
