Terms and Conditions: TDA Ticket Giveaway

The TDA Ticket Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is organised and administered by The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).

1. By participating in the Giveaway, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Giveaway is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
   a. Participants must be at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   b. Participants must be legal residents of the country in which the Giveaway is being conducted.

3. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with The Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd (ACN 005 602 602), Taylor Swift, any associated entities of either party, or Instagram. Participants understand that the Giveaway is solely organised by The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd and any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Organiser.

4. The Giveaway commences on 28 June at 11:30am AEST and ends on 2 July at 11:59pm (the “Giveaway Period”).

5. To enter the Giveaway, Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the Giveaway announcement post on The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd’s official Instagram page, [@thedailyaus].

6. The Organiser will randomly select four winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winners will be selected fairly and impartially.

7. The winner will be issued with four tickets. It is not a requirement for these tickets to go to the other Participants tagged in the comments section of the official Giveaway post. However, it is a requirement all tagged Participants are themselves following The Daily Aus on Instagram at the time of the selection of the winner.

8. The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 4 days of the Giveaway’s end date. The winners must respond to the notification within 2 days of being contacted and provide the necessary details for ticket delivery.

9. If a selected winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or fails to provide the required information, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

10. The prizes for this Giveaway consist of four A-Reserve tickets to the Taylor Swift concert in Sydney on Friday 23 February. The tickets have no cash value and are not refundable.

11. The Organiser holds no responsibility for any costs or expenses associated with attending the event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, or any other incidental costs.

12. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour in connection with the Giveaway.

13. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the official Instagram page of The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd.

14. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd, The Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd (ACN 005 602 602), Taylor Swift, any associated entities, and Instagram from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

17. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd with respect to the Giveaway.
