The ATP Finals is an annual end-of-year tournament where the top eight men’s singles players and doubles pairings compete for a trophy and a cash prize.

Alex de Minaur will become the first Australian men’s tennis player to compete in the end-of-year ATP Finals since Lleyton Hewitt in 2004.

World no.10 Alex de Minaur looked comfortable on his return from injury, beating American Marcos Giron in four sets (6-3, 6-4, 5-7, 6-4).
