Under Armour Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Under Armour’s Velociti Elite 2 Running Shoes Giveaway (“Giveaway”). This Giveaway is a collaboration between Under Armour (“Organisers”) and The Daily Aus Holdings Pty Ltd (“TDA”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

1.1.    This giveaway competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

1.2.    Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TDA, the Organisers, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, as well as any individuals involved in the production or distribution of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

2.1.     The Giveaway begins on 15 November 2024 and ends on 16 November 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

How to Enter

3.1.     To participate in the Giveaway, you must:

• Sign up to TDA’s Sport Newsletter in the next 24 hours to go in the running to win.

Prize

4.1.     The prize consists of one pair (1 pair) of Under Armour Velociti Elite 2 Running Shoes. Not redeemable for cash or transferable outside of the recipient awarded.

Claiming the Prize

5.1.     One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

5.2.     Winners will be notified via email or Instagram DM from a representative of The Daily Aus. If you receive any messages about this giveaway from other secondary/lookalike accounts, please disregard and report them to Instagram immediately.

5.3.     The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification within give (1) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

5.4.     The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Privacy

7.1.     By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to being contacted by the Organisers for administering the Giveaway.

7.2.     The Organisers and TDA will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. For more details on how your personal information will be used and protected, please refer to TDA’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

8.1.     The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

8.2.     The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

8.3.    By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, sponsors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.

8.4.     These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
